Vanderbilt’s Signal Modules
The signal modules provided by Vanderbilt are advanced‚ multi-purpose modules that provide an interface between powered field-level input contact devices (such as elevator buttons) and output devices (such as override mechanisms) to the advanced central controller.
They are designed for use in elevators that are integrated within an access control environment. A single module can provide access control for up to 16 floors and multiple modules can be combined in an elevator system to provide access control for all floors.
