Quarterly Recap: New Webshop, new Value-Adds & more Award Nominations
The second quarter of 2019 delivered an exciting few months for Vanderbilt with many developments across the company.
Check out some of our main reflections from April to June this year.
New Webshop:
The webshop represents thousands of products and is a practical solution that seamlessly connects existing customers with the ability to browse and purchase content on a moment’s notice. Mobile responsive and integrating with the company’s main website, users can now enjoy all of Vanderbilt’s products, news, and resources in a “one-stop-shop” system.
Designed with every aspect of the customer in mind, the new webshop has faster load times and a new streamlined services section for registered customers. Vanderbilt’s overall vision is supporting customers through every step of their journey, an idea which the webshop will play a significant role in through value-added resources, clear communication, and on-time delivery.
New Value-Adds:
We pride ourselves in supporting clients through every step of their journey. This means as well as delivering top quality products; we provide high-quality value-added resources. A breakdown of our value-added resources includes warehousing and distribution channels, in-country engineering, Technical and Sales Support teams, both online & offline orders, returns and repairs, plus training support on-site or at one of Vanderbilt’s many global locations. Our company includes a fully functional, pan-European Technical Support team to support customers across the globe. This means local support in core languages, which allows geographical hubs to operate more effectively. This means faster Technical Support that is delivered more efficiently, ensuring quicker resolutions. Our Learning Management System (LMS) is designed to allow customers remote access to training courses and advanced learning options from anywhere, at any time. The platform includes quick-to-complete modules, quizzes and assessments, and downloadable notes, all equipped to allow customers instant access to resources about principal products in an instant.

Praise for our Products:
SPC is a very stable alarm system with a long history. The system's best feature is its stability and easy programming combined with today's actual technologies. The main benefits we have found using SPC is that it has a nice market position between middle to big systems. Overall, I would summarize SPC by simply saying that it is easy-to-use.Ondřej Maňas, Sales , SCANLOCK CZ
