December Newsletter Recap: Intersec Dubai & ISO Recertification

- ACRE’s stand at Intersec 2022 will emphasize the Vanderbilt, ComNet, Open Options, and TDS brands’ wide-ranging high-quality security solutions across multiple product lines. “Intersec is the world’s leading trade fair for Security, Safety and Fire Protection and, from our past attendances at this event, we know it produces high-quality visitors every time," says Alex Holmström, Director of Sales and Marketing at ACRE International. - Vanderbilt has secured ISO 9001:2015 recertification, and for the fifth consecutive year, the company has achieved zero non-conformances in an external ISO 9001 audit. In recertifying the company, auditor Andreas Odhage commented that Vanderbilt “have not only adapted to change, but they have also been a driver of change. The organization is a top performer from a benchmark perspective.” Read more.
- Vanderbilt and ComNet’s online learning platform has proven to be a valued training tool, both for internal and external use. The LMS platform (as it is known), designed and implemented by the company in 2019, is the work of the Global Technical Support team. Headed by Klaus Magin, he explains: “On our hotline, we received a lot of straightforward calls that were not from our direct customers." Read more.
- Vanderbilt ACTpro’s latest site of protection takes us to holy ground in Singapore. Installed and tested in March 2021, the Church of the Good Shepherd has been enjoying the many access control benefits of Vanderbilt’s award-winning ACTpro successfully for eight months now. As installers Main Hardware International identified, selecting an access control security system for a church poses a set of unique challenges. Read more.
