Position Overview

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced “Solutions Marketing Manager” to join a global Marketing Department.

The Solutions Marketing Manager (SMMs) will work at the intersection of product management, marketing, sales and will work with colleagues across multiple departments throughout Acre’s products’ life cycles and will coordinate efforts with strategists across various marketing disciplines (in both the US and EMEA), including digital, social media, brand, and market research.

The successful candidate will also work closely with other stakeholders in a product’s launch, including communications and sales teams.

The Solutions Marketing Manager for Visitor and Workplace Solutions will oversee the product marketing functions for the following acre security solutions: TDS solutions portfolio, FAST-PASS, A-PASS.

Role and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Overall positioning of global product portfolio in conjunction with CTO and CSO.
    • Develop product messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market
    • Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits as well as the acre security story.
    • Gain insight into customer use of current products, identify untapped opportunities and help adjust buyer personas
    • Drive alignment in the market for product direction, roadmaps and product vision set by Product Management/CTO
  • Content creation including sales enablement assets, web page copy, product messaging, sales decks, videos, case studies, testimonials and other social proof that articulate the benefits of our solutions
  • Create additional sales collateral and tools that align with the buying process of acre ICPs and help move prospects & customers through the funnel/sales cycle
  • Execute Product Launches (NPIs and New SW Releases) for Marketing Launch activities
  • Develop Product/Solutions Campaigns in conjunction with Demand Generation Manager
  • Press and Analyst engagement for product specific discussions
  • In conjunction with product management, develop migration playbooks within the acre portfolio and coming into the acre portfolio
  • Maintain relationship with go to market team members for key acre security technology partners
  • Conduct market analysis to obtain understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators

Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of product marketing, product management, or digital marketing experience
  • Experience within the security industry sector is an advantage, deep knowledge of the Access Control space is a distinct advantage
  • Experience with intrusion solutions a plus

Work Environment & Requirements

  • Employee will work primarily in an office or WFH hybrid environment (location flexible)
  • Effectively support solutions that span geographic regions (cultural adjustments, translations etc.)
  • Travel, trade show attendance and fieldwork should be expected
  • Role requires the candidate to hold, or be able to obtain, a passport and any necessary visa for travel.
