Sales Manager (Oslo, Norway)

Vanderbilt are seeking to employ a Sales Manager to our sales team in Oslo, Norway. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, and upselling to existing customers. You will report to the Country Sales Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining and increasing sales of Vanderbilt products
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
  • Servicing the needs of your existing customers
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market and sales channels
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the market
  • Provide market intelligence to the business

Education and/or experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales - preferably from the security industry. 
  • You have experience in successfully selling complex security solutions containing both services and technology / IT.
  • Experience managing the entire sales cycle - from prospect to customer.


  • You must be energetic, curious and can understand complex business. 
  • You have a strong sense of economics and driving profitability with the ambition to influence the company's results.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems 
  • Fluent in spoken and written Norwegian and English.
  • Management skills to lead, guide and provide professional and valuable input to customers, customized to the customer needs.
  • Great communication and networking skills.
  • Result oriented.
