Sales Manager Netherlands / Belgium


Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and report on assigned territorial business objectives in accordance with the agreed strategy and sales metrics
  • Contribute to the overall business performance by achieving/exceeding margin and revenue targets
  • Maintain and establish strong, long term and sustainable business relations with target customers in accordance with the overall sales and channel strategy; develop sales by face to face contact and networking to effective delivery against sales targets and KPI’s, making continuous analysis and consolidation of market requirements to monitor the competitiveness of the VI product portfolio

Education and / or Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in security industry with broad commercial expertise
  • Business-related education at bachelor or comparable level(CPP / PSP certification is a plus)
  • Highly professional sales and business development skills
  • Technical competence across intrusion and access control (technical competence on network transmission and IT systems is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Familiar with maintaining activities and information in a CRM (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Sound knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
  • Fluent in Dutch (Good working proficiency French is a plus)

Work Environment

  • Employee works from his home base to cover the allocated sales area of The Netherlands and Belgium

Work Requirements

  • Regular travel and fieldwork, potentially including international travel
  • Valid driving license
  • Clean records are a must, extracts from crime record may be required
