Sales Manager (East Germany)

Location: East Germany


The main scope of the role is to develop a financially successful sales region by working within the territory, creating, developing and realizing business development and sales opportunities across the product portfolio, and managing relationships across multiple channels such as end-user specificat-ion, direct sales partners / integrators, installers and distribution partners.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and report on assigned territorial business objectives in accordance with the agreed strategy and sales metrics
  • Contribute to the overall business performance by achieving/exceeding margin and revenue targets
  • Establish strong, long term and sustainable business relations with target customers in accordance with the overall sales and channel strategy; develop sales by face to face contact and networking to effective delivery against sales targets and KPI’s, making continuous analysis and consolidation of market requirements to monitor the competitiveness of the VI product portfolio

Education and / or Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with broad commercial expertise
  • Business-related education at bachelor or comparable level
  • Highly professional sales and business development skills
  • Technical competence across intrusion and access control
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Sound knowledge of English language, both written and spoken

Work Environment

  • Employee works from his home base to cover the allocated sales area

Work Requirements

  • Regular travel and fieldwork, potentially including international travel
  • Valid driving license
