Location: Acre main offices located in Stockholm (Sweden), Paris (France) or Karlsruhe (Germany)

Acre is now looking for a team of Inside Sales Account Managers to build up a new department to serve our second tier customer base.

Inside Sales will engage in both short and long term sales processes with a large number of accounts on the designated geographical area. ACRE carries a large portfolio of brands within Access Control, Intrusion and Transmission and has a large customer base. ACRE is redefining its Route to market and the inside sales team will cover the small to medium size accounts with the majority buying through our channel like distribution partners. The sales organisation consists of Channel sales, Xaas Sales, Transmission Sales, Pre Sales and End User Sales which are all a piece of the puzzle and collaboration and alignment is important inside the ACRE sales team. The inside Sales team will be another important part of the puzzle and reports to Head of Inside and Pre-sales.

Primarily the assigment is office bound and the Inside Sales Account Manager will use the phone or virtual tools to conduct customer meetings or demos. You will have your own range of focus accounts where we strive to grow and develop the relationship and share of wallet. ACRE works with many large Distribution partners in the regions and building and maintaining a relationship here will also be key to succeed with our 2nd Tier partners. Some travel will be necessary for supporting customer events or trade shows together with the other sales departments in the region.

Our customers engage in projects ranging from Stand-alone installations like codelocks for single door installations to large integrated systems with Intrusion, Access control, Visitor management and Video making the role diverse and ranging from simple to complex business.

As the inside sales team will have large amount of accounts a structured approach is needed with logging interactions and quotations in our CRM (Salesforce) and make sure customer information is up to date.

We believe you to be a highly driven individual who has a curious mind when it comes to technology and how different systems interact to create solutions to customer problems. We also believe you are keen on identifying those needs when facing a customer to be able to provide the best solution possible. You have probably some years experience from a similar role in either inside sales or customer service, preferably from an IT/Access/Security operation, and want to take the next step. We think you have a proactive mindset and drive to come up with new angles of attack to help create growth for ACRE where you see opportunities.

We believe the successful candidate have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in inside sales or account management
  • Proven & verifiable track record of successful quota achievement.
  • Knowledge and Experience of SFDC.
  • Effective sales skills and up to date telecommunication and cold call skills.
  • Effective and proven contact management database skills.
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be fluent in English + another language( Swedish, German and/or French)
